February 2012: Copic Markers. Lihill is from “On the Inside,” my 2012 short story that sold to James Gunn’s Ad Astra and was published in November 2015. This manga style drawing is Lihill playing with her friend Mymei and younger sister Cyani. Her dad is mad at her for playing with girls because he thinks she should be a boy.
